Charles L. Knechtel
Charles Knechtel is a senior level financial manager with 15 years experience in various financial management positions.  His extensive financial and quantitative background includes experience in “lean” manufacturing, human resources and IT management, financial budgeting and forecasting, and financial software development and implementation.  Charles has held the CFO position in a local $40 million manufacturing company as well as the CFO position in a regional software start-up raising $5 million in angel and venture financing.  Charles has also held the role of Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for a publicly traded Northwest company as well as Portfolio Manager of an $800 million mutual fund at one of the region’s largest money management companies.   These positions have provided Charles with extensive experience presenting to a variety of audiences, including members of company Board of Directors, venture capitalists, investors, corporate and outside legal counsel and company staff.

• Interim CFO for a $40 million, multiple location retail service business during a generational transition
• Financial reconciliation and restructuring of a large scale residential real-estate development group (250+ homes per year) with multiple business entities
• Extensive experience in a variety of General Ledger systems, including: Timberline, MasterBuilder, Great Plains, Quickbooks, Peachtree as well as various in-house custom systems
